We are delighted to have you express interest in becoming a part of our esteemed organization. Just follow these quick steps to be affiliated with our growing family here at PFLCW.

1. To proceed with the membership application, kindly complete the accreditation form below.

Once you have duly filled out the form, we kindly request that you proceed with the following steps:

2. Pay for the accreditation fee and annual membership fee. 

• For Local Council of Women (LCW)

Deposit the One-Time Accreditation Fee of PHP 2,000 and the Annual Membership Fee of PHP 1,000 total of PHP 3,000 to the following bank account:

• For Individual Membership

Deposit the One-Time Accreditation Fee of PHP 1,000 and the Annual Membership Fee of PHP 500 total of PHP 1,500 to the following bank account:

3. After making the payment, please send us a copy of the completed accreditation form and proof of payment at our official email address, pflcwinc@yahoo.com.ph or pflcwsecretariat@gmail.com.
